이용약관

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 (주)스트로크허브(이하 "회사")가 운영하는 쏙링크(ssoklink.com, 이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건 및 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (용어의 정의)

• 서비스: 국내·해외 제휴(어필리에이트)·레퍼럴 프로그램 정보를 카테고리별로 수집·정리하여 비교·제공하고, 제휴 참여를 중개하는 플랫폼.
• 회원: 본 약관에 동의하고 가입하여 서비스를 이용하는 자.
• 쏙파트너 회원(매체): 블로그·SNS·유튜브 등 본인 매체를 통해 제휴에 참여하는 회원.
• 광고주 회원: 자사 상품·서비스의 제휴 마케팅을 의뢰하기 위해 가입한 사업자 회원.
• 제휴링크: 제휴 프로그램으로 연결되는 추적 링크로, 클릭·가입·구매 등 성과를 식별하기 위한 링크.
• 커미션(수수료): 제휴링크를 통해 발생한 성과에 대해 각 제휴사·네트워크 정책에 따라 지급되는 대가.

제3조 (서비스의 내용)

• 제휴·레퍼럴 프로그램의 소개·비교 정보 제공(카테고리·혜택·신청 방법 등).
• 각 프로그램의 공식 페이지 또는 제휴링크로의 연결.
• 쏙파트너·광고주의 제휴 등록 신청 접수 및 중개.
• 회원의 콘텐츠 등록(승인제), 공지·커뮤니티 등 부가 기능.

제4조 (회원가입 및 계정)

• 회원가입은 이용자가 약관에 동의하고 가입 양식을 작성하여 신청하면 회사가 승낙함으로써 성립합니다.
• 회원은 본인의 계정 정보를 정확히 기재·관리할 의무가 있으며, 계정의 부정 이용에 대한 책임은 회원 본인에게 있습니다.
• 회원은 언제든지 탈퇴할 수 있으며, 회사는 약관·법령 위반 시 사전 통지 후(긴급 시 사후) 이용을 제한하거나 계정을 정지·해지할 수 있습니다.

제5조 (제휴 등록 — 쏙파트너/광고주)

• 회원은 서비스 내 "제휴 등록"을 통해 쏙파트너(매체 URL·본명·연락처) 또는 광고주(사업체명·사업자등록번호·대표자·회사 메일·주소·광고 집행 예정 비용)로 제휴 참여를 신청할 수 있습니다.
• 신청 정보는 사실과 일치해야 하며, 허위·타인 정보 기재 시 승인 거절 또는 사후 취소될 수 있습니다.
• 제휴 승인 여부 및 조건은 회사의 심사 정책과 각 제휴 네트워크의 기준에 따릅니다.

제6조 (제휴링크 및 수수료)

• 서비스의 일부 링크는 제휴링크이며, 이를 통해 발생한 가입·구매·상담 건에 대해 회사 또는 회원이 커미션을 지급받을 수 있습니다.
• 제휴링크 이용으로 인해 이용자에게 추가 비용이 부과되지 않습니다.
• 커미션·혜택·승인 조건은 각 제휴사·네트워크 정책에 따라 변동될 수 있으며, 최신 정보는 각 공식 페이지에서 확인해야 합니다.

제7조 (콘텐츠 및 지식재산권)

• 서비스가 제작·제공하는 콘텐츠(설명·편집물·디자인 등)의 저작권은 회사에 있으며, 무단 복제·배포·크롤링을 금지합니다.
• 각 제휴사·브랜드의 명칭·상표·로고는 해당 권리자에게 귀속되며, 본 서비스는 정보 제공 목적으로 이를 표시합니다.
• 회원이 등록한 콘텐츠의 책임은 작성자에게 있으며, 회사는 운영상 필요 시 노출을 조정·삭제할 수 있습니다.

제8조 (이용자의 의무)

• 관련 법령과 본 약관을 준수하고, 허위 정보 등록·부정 클릭·어뷰징 등 부정한 방법으로 서비스를 이용해서는 안 됩니다.
• 자동화된 수단으로 과도한 부하를 유발하거나 데이터를 무단 수집해서는 안 됩니다.

제9조 (광고 게재)

서비스는 운영을 위해 Google AdSense 등 제3자 광고를 게재할 수 있습니다. 광고 관련 개인정보 처리는 개인정보처리방침을 참고하시기 바랍니다.

제10조 (면책)

회사는 외부 제휴사·광고주의 상품·서비스 및 외부 링크의 내용·정확성·적법성, 그리고 이용자와 제휴사 간 거래에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 천재지변, 외부 출처·네트워크 사정 등 불가항력으로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해서도 책임지지 않습니다.

제11조 (약관의 변경)

회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 시행일과 변경 내용을 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.

제12조 (준거법 및 관할)

본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석되며, 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 회사 본점 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 제1심 관할 법원으로 합니다.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using ssokon (ssoklink.com, the "Service"), operated by Strokehub Inc. (the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• Service: a platform that collects, organizes, and compares information on domestic and overseas affiliate and referral programs by category, and that intermediates participation in such programs.
• Member: a person who agrees to these Terms, registers, and uses the Service.
• ssokon Partner (Publisher): a Member who participates in affiliate programs through their own media such as a blog, social media, or YouTube channel.
• Advertiser Member: a business Member who registers to request affiliate marketing for its own products or services.
• Affiliate Link: a tracking link that connects to an affiliate program and identifies performance such as clicks, sign-ups, or purchases.
• Commission: the consideration paid for performance generated through an affiliate link, in accordance with each affiliate partner's or network's policy.

Article 3 (Service Contents)

• Providing introductory and comparison information on affiliate and referral programs (categories, benefits, application methods, etc.).
• Linking to each program's official page or affiliate link.
• Receiving and intermediating affiliate registration requests from ssokon Partners and Advertisers.
• Member content submission (subject to approval) and supplementary features such as notices and community.

Article 4 (Membership and Account)

• Membership is formed when a user agrees to these Terms, completes the registration form, and the Company accepts the application.
• Members are obligated to enter and manage their account information accurately, and are responsible for any unauthorized use of their account.
• Members may withdraw at any time. The Company may restrict use or suspend/terminate an account upon prior notice (or after the fact in urgent cases) in the event of a violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Article 5 (Affiliate Registration — ssokon Partner / Advertiser)

• Members may apply to participate via "Affiliate Registration" as a ssokon Partner (media URL, real name, contact) or as an Advertiser (business name, business registration number, representative, company email, address, planned advertising budget).
• Application information must be accurate; false or third-party information may result in rejection or subsequent cancellation.
• Approval and conditions are determined by the Company's review policy and the criteria of each affiliate network.

Article 6 (Affiliate Links and Commission)

• Some links in the Service are affiliate links, and the Company or a Member may receive a commission for sign-ups, purchases, or consultations generated through them.
• Using affiliate links imposes no additional cost on the user.
• Commissions, benefits, and approval conditions may change according to each affiliate partner's or network's policy; the latest information should be confirmed on each official page.

Article 7 (Content and Intellectual Property)

• Copyright in content produced and provided by the Service (descriptions, compilations, design, etc.) belongs to the Company, and unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or crawling is prohibited.
• The names, trademarks, and logos of each affiliate partner and brand belong to their respective right holders, and the Service displays them for informational purposes.
• Responsibility for content submitted by a Member lies with the author; the Company may adjust or remove its display when necessary for operation.

Article 8 (User Obligations)

• Users must comply with applicable law and these Terms and must not use the Service through improper means such as submitting false information, click fraud, or abuse.
• Users must not cause excessive load through automated means or collect data without authorization.

Article 9 (Advertising)

The Service may display third-party advertising such as Google AdSense to support operations. For the handling of personal data related to advertising, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

The Company is not responsible for the products, services, or external links of third-party affiliate partners or advertisers, including their content, accuracy, or legality, nor for transactions between users and affiliate partners. The Company is also not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or the circumstances of external sources or networks.

Article 11 (Changes to the Terms)

The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law, and will announce the effective date and details of any amendment on this page.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute relating to use of the Service shall be subject to the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office as the court of first instance.
